Serve Camp 2025

Crossroads is leading a team in partnership with Beloved and Beyond to live out our mission together at this year's Serve Camp.

This is a missions opportunity for anyone looking to spend a week of your summer giving a camper with special needs the best week of their life. 

On this mission trip you will serve in some of the following ways:

  • BE Krew - these volunteers will spend the week serving campers by being the waiter/waitress for meal times, helping clean camp, serving at parties and loving on campers at various adventure activities.

  • BEloved Jr Buddy- volunteers in this role will serve in a cabin and help where needed most. Jr Buddies are an extra set of eyes and ears to help Buddies and Campers make camp memorable and safe.

  • BEloved Buddy (ages 16+) - in this role you will serve campers by representing Christ's compassion for children and adults who have a range of special needs. You will be a one-on-one counselor and help a camper have the best week of their life! Hundreds of previous buddies have said “This was the best week ever!” or “it’s like Heaven on earth”.  You will be stretched as you learn to serve, encourage, and love your campers sacrificially.

  • Adults (ages 25+) - serve as Cabin Parents helping oversee and encourage groups of counselors who are working hard all week. Cabin Parents also come alongside camp staff and help in unique ways to make camp fun and spiritually impactful for all.

Date and Location:

Beloved & Beyond is centrally located in the heart of Texas near Rosebud. Crossroads Baptist Church will be serving for Term 1 the week of June 2-7th. You will depart from CBC on Monday, June 2nd and return the evening of Saturday, June 7th.

 

Cost:

$300.00 per person + deposit

  • $50 deposit due March 2nd.

**Rent-A-Student Opportunities will be made available for Crossroads Baptist Church Members**

 

Additional Information:

 

Team Meetings: There will be team meetings with important information and pre-trip training leading up to our week of serving. Some of these you only need to attend if it's your first time serving at Beloved & Beyond. Others will be required for all team members.
